Hi I’m Natalie and I’m a licensed hair and makeup artist with 3-4 years of experience in the beauty industry, specializing in layered haircuts, smooth and voluminous blowouts, blonding services, and bold, fun color transformations. I’m passionate about creating customized looks that enhance each client’s features and personal style. In addition to hair, I offer full glam, natural, bridal and SFX makeup, allowing me to bring everything from soft, timeless beauty to dramatic, creative visions to life. Cancellation Policy
CANCELLATION POLICY
BEFORE BOOKING PLEASE READ: • New clients wanting any type of lightening service that have previously colored hair must book a consultation first. • If you are unsure of what to book for or what you want please book a consultation first. Cancelations and rescheduling must be made atleast 24HRS BEFORE the scheduled appointment time. • Any cancelations or reschedules made without 24hrs notice will be charged 50% of the service total. • Late policy: Clients who are more than 15 minutes late, even if it's only by a minute, will have to reschedule as your appointment will be canceled & will be charged a 50% late cancelation fee. I understand life can be unpredictable and I will work with my clients as much as I can but please respect my time. •Consultation appointments: Clients who are more than 5 minutes late to these appointments will have to reschedule. A consultation appointment is only a 30 minute time slot. If you come more than 5 minutes late I will not have the time to do a proper consultation or test strand. • After canceling/rescheduling 3 times in a row you will be dropped as a client as Inconsistency makes it hard for me to maintain a normal schedule. * The salon is a child free space. I no longer service children * I do NOT offer refunds, if you’re needing something adjusted please reach out to me within 7 days after your original appointment. NO CALL/ NO SHOWS will be CHARGED & will not be able to book with me again. *If an emergency or something serious keeps you from your appointment please reach out to me personally.
